The Challenge We Solve
Fleet electrification is accelerating, but many organizations discover critical operational constraints only after infrastructure decisions have already been made. Common challenges include limited depot power, utility interconnection timelines, demand charge exposure, simultaneous charging peaks, and maintaining fleet readiness while operating within real-world electrical constraints. These issues can increase costs, delay deployments, and create unnecessary infrastructure upgrades.
Our Approach
ChargeOptima is being developed as an upstream EV fleet charging planning and optimization layer. The platform focuses on charging scenario modeling, infrastructure constraint analysis, tariff-aware planning, and charging coordination strategies before deployment decisions become expensive operational problems. Rather than replacing charging infrastructure or charging management systems, ChargeOptima helps organizations evaluate smarter charging strategies under real-world operational constraints.
Current Stage
ChargeOptima is currently in active validation and development. Current efforts focus on charging scenario modeling, infrastructure-aware simulations, operational constraint analysis, utility and tariff research, and pilot-readiness discussions with industry stakeholders. The goal is to refine planning workflows through real-world operational feedback and collaboration.
